Why we needed your help in conducting the Survey?

In completing the questionnaire you will be helping us to make sure that Positive East is providing the right services to a high standard and a good quality.

Only you can help me do that and enable us to make better and develop the services Positive East provides.

What will be done with the Survey?

Everything you tell us will be looked at seriously and is completely confidential.

Following the end of the survey (31st March), once the data has been collated and analysed we will publish the findings in a report.
In that report we will share with you what you have told us. We will also say what we have done or plan to do with that information to make services better.
