In
a safe and supportive setting the Recently Diagnosed course provides an opportunity to begin dealing
with the impact of an HIV positive diagnosis, and to learn more
about living with HIV. A wide range of information is provided,
and we hope that this, along with the chance to share experiences
with others, helps to explore feelings about being positive and
to take a look at the many issues faced by positive people.
The
course is free and available to people from all London boroughs
and surrounding counties. It is designed mainly for people who have
received a diagnosis of HIV at some time within the last twelve
months, although it is open to anyone who might benefit. |
