Personal Synthesis
is a type of personal education that integrates cognitive, emotional, behavioural and social aspects of personal development. It focuses on cultivating personal competence's such as handling emotions, gaining confidence, making decisions, dealing with anxiety and stress, communicating effectively, forming constructive relationships, etc. The programme has been run with more then 25 groups in East London.

Diagnosed Course
We run a number of courses every year for people recently diagnosed with HIV. Lasting 8 weeks, the course covers issues such as medication, health issues, disclosure
of HIV status, working and benefits.

Food chain have developed a cooking and nutrition class for HIV positive people called 'Positive Eating''
The classes are available to anyone wishing to improve their cooking skills and nutrients knowledge. For additional information click here.
Apply Yourself course

Thinking about about starting a new job or returning to work, but need some help and advice? Positive East's very successful Apply Yourself course has been specifically created and designed to give you the opportunity to getting used to interviewing situations before you face the real thing.The course provides opportunities to have test interviews (with feedback from professionals), as well as advice and answers about CV and job hunting.

Self Management Program (PSMP)
This is a 7 week course of 2.5 hour sessions, covering topics such
as, relaxation, anger, fear and frustration, communication skills,
depression, pain management and healthy eating.

The Stepney Centre has a resource area providing a wide range of
