For those recently diagnosed, that is within the last few years, you'll find the Self Management course helpful - not only in managing the day-to-day issues faced in being HIV positive - but also in ensuring a balanced and healthy wellbeing lifestyle, including Sex.
The
Positive Self Management Programme, is a free course and part of an integrated skills development programme that is open to anyone living in Tower Hamlets with HIV.
The sessions last
2.5 hours a week and last for 7 weeks. When you have finished the course you will never think
of your condition in the same way again!
