We provide a information advice line every Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:30pm on 020 7791 2855. Our trained advisors are available to help answer any queries you may have regarding: benefit and welfare concerns (such as changes to DLA requirements); housing issues (your rights);health queries (medication concerns); issues regarding immigration and asylum; job seekers allowence or issues about returning to work and how it may impact on benefits.
