| ... would like to see a Positive East advice worker ... |
- First-time visitors:
We aim to provide friendly, confidential and impartial services – available to all in east London affected by or living with HIV.
To help us provide the services that you need, we require all new clients to have a Registration and Assessment appointment. This not only enables you to ask questions and tell us about your issues/problems and concerns, but also allows us to tell you about what services we and our partner organisations/agencies can provide.
We can make an appointment to discuss your situation at our centre in Stepney, or at one of our outreach locations. Allow an hour for the appointment depending on your issues and concerns.
- Existing clients:
Call Reception on 020 7791 2855 and if you are enquiring about an ongoing casework, ask for the Client Worker/Counsellor in question (if they are not available you can leave a message on their Voicemail); otherwise follow the recorded telephone instructions.
If you know the name of the Worker who is dealing with your casework, you can also email them. For details visit our email address webpage.
