Our support groups are here to not only give you an opportunity to meet up with friends, but also to get updates on the issues which affect you on a day-to-day basis.

African family support groups:
Living with HIV can create a range of issues and concerns - living with HIV and children can generate a range of different and more complex issues. To help and support families with children, our family support groups provide crèches, so you can bring children along – however crèche places are strictly limited and places need to be booked in advance.
Sometimes however, we all need a bit more support.
Our counselling services are here for anyone who’s affected by HIV and lives or receives clinical care in East London. We can help if you need confidential one-to-one support around issues such as: coming to terms with HIV diagnosis; Sexual identity; Relationships; Personal crises. Open to women living in east London, our highly popular and successful relationship course aims to support you on your journey as we help you to begin to deal with the issues of living with a trauma, and regain control of your life. Supporting the course, we can also offer confidential one-to-one counselling for migrant women living with HIV.
