There’s more to us than just helping with your ‘day-to-day’ advice and support concerns. We can also help with those other issues which can give cause for anxiety.
Our wellbeing support not only includes courses, but also our gym, osteopathy therapy, Positive Eats (our café) and our IT suite - all available to our service users. Most of our courses are located at our main office in Stepney Green.

- Reflexology sessions:
Stressed and busy? Need to relax and find some calm?
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing complementary therapy.Using thumb and finger massage to stimulate specific reflex points on both feet.
We're delighted we now have a volunteer who is qualified in reflexology, offering 1 hour sessions free to all our clients, on Tuesdays between 2pm and 5pm.
- Osteopathy sessions:
Osteopathy aims to help the whole body through massage, stretching and join manipulation.
Open and free to all our clients, Angel (graduate with the School of British Osteopathy) is available on Friday's to offer treatment sessions.
- Positive East gym:
Keep fit and get healthy!
Open Monday to Saturday (excl public holidays), our popular gym can help you in your fight against the flab! It’s free to use and has a wide range of up to-date equipment.
If you're looking for motivation or bored with the same workout, just ask for Juan! He's here to provide personal training sessions every Wednesday & Thursday, plus he's a qualified sport masseuse and so can ease those aches and pains!
