Cabinet Office’s Rainbow Network
On Tuesday 1 December, The Cabinet Office’s Rainbow Network will be raising funds for Positive East, which works to improve the quality of life for individuals and communities affected by HIV in London, by:
• Holding massages sessions
• Selling red ribbons during the lunch hour, 12 noon-2pm in the reception areas across the Cabinet Office estate.
• Holding a day of massages, where you can receive a 30-minute oil based massage from a qualified and insured masseur, trained in aromatherapy and sports massage, in return for a donation to Positive East. Please give generously!
• Times: sessions run from: 8.30am to 6pm
• To make your booking: please contact James Haskings.
Regular massage can:
• release tension and strain, help to maintain good health and prevent stress, so you feel healthier
• improve muscle tone and skin condition
• increase energy and help you feel good
• increase your sense of wellbeing.
Rainbow Network meets:
The Rainbow Network meets regularly. We alternate between business meetings, where we discuss issues of concern, and social events.
The network often invites other departments’ Rainbow networks to come to our meetings, so there are plenty of opportunities to meet people from outside the Cabinet Office.
Events:
If you would like to come along to the Rainbow Network events, please contact Beth Watson at: rainbow@cabinet-office.x.gsi.gov.uk
