Free course – ‘Living with Physical and Mental Health Challenges’

February 12 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Physical health and mental health are often thought of as separate.  However, the relationship between the two is now recognised as hugely important.  This half-day course will explore how physical health and mental health interact, the causes of poor outcomes when physical and mental health are not equally regarded, what can be done to improve this and what support and services are available in your local community.  This course will be delivered in partnership with Tower Hamlets Recovery College, and will therefore be open to both Recovery College and Positive East service users.

We have 8 spaces specifically reserved for Positive East service users for this course, which will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To request a place, please email Chantal Busbridge or call 0207 791 9302.
