Free Workshop: Living LONGER and STRONGER with HIV

This workshop will be a fun and interactive session about living well with HIV as you get older. A variety of issues will be explored, including HIV and your health, HIV and other medical conditions and what practical steps you can take to look after your physical wellbeing.
You’ll also have the opportunity to share your experiences and have your questions answered in this informal, educational session. Susan Cole from NAM will be leading the workshop, centred around NAM’s new booklet ‘A Long Life with HIV’, which can be accessed here.
