Free Workshop – Personal Confidence in the Public Domain
March 28 @ 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Positive East is delighted to present a series of three workshops throughout March designed by women, for women living with HIV, to celebrate International Women’s Day! We are thrilled to have three incredible women with extensive experience in the fields of sexual health and reproductive rights, HIV activism and confidence coaching, to share their skills and experiences: Angelina Namiba, Susan Cole and Madam Storm.
The third and final workshop in our International Women’s Day Series ends with a bang with Confidence Coach and founder of STRUT Masterclasses, Madam Storm, delivering the workshop ‘Personal Confidence in the Public Domain’. Do you sometimes feel at a bit of a disadvantage when you meet new people? For example, at the clinic, or at the job centre? This workshop will show you how to overcome that feeling, find your inner confidence and be your real self. You’ll practice her famous ‘Power’ and ‘Storm’ Struts and try some powerful poses such as the ‘Wonder Woman’ – all in a relaxed, non-judgemental, fun atmosphere. Don’t forget to bring your favourite pair of heels!
Take a look at Madam Storm’s website here!
Lunch will be provided beforehand for those with a confirmed place in the workshop. To confirm your free place, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0207 791 9302.
