Free Workshop – Stress LESS!

April is ‘Stress Awareness Month’, so this workshop explores what we actually mean by ‘stress’, what may trigger stress for us individually, and how we can better manage stress using relaxation techniques that work for us within our busy lives.
Come along to explore:

- How can I manage stress better?
- What relaxation techniques can I use to manage stress?
