Stride Workshop: Mindfulness for Life

For this workshop, we will be joined by Andre to explore how mindfulness can help us to effectively minimise stress levels and find authentic peace in a frantic world.
We’ll learn how to lessen anxiety, worry, fear, and over-thinking, and how to skilfully respond to life’s difficulties from a more calm and ‘present’ standpoint in your life.
No experience of Mindfulness necessary!
