Stride Workshops: Exercise and Mood

Exercise can be a great way to lift your mood and improve your ability to deal with stress. This workshop will help us understand why exercise is so beneficial for our mental health, explain what types of exercise are best to help balance emotions and give you advice on the amount of exercise you need to do to see an improvement.
