DESCRIPTION:Join us for the first in this series of Men’s Wellbeing Workshops delivered by Beyond Equality with the support of the Movember Foundation\, for men living with HIV who are registered (or eligible) to use our services \nIn this first workshop\, we’ll be looking at Men and Mental Wellbeing\, exploring such things as: \n\nSelf-reflecting on relationships with everyday wellbeing\nMoving past wanting to ‘survive’ and building towards how we ‘thrive’\nExploring the importance of a collective or social response to mental wellbeing\n\nA delicious hot meal will be served just after 6pm shared with people attending the Together Group. The workshop will begin at 7pm. Please let us know in advance if you intend to come so we can plan for numbers. \nIf travel or care costs are a barrier to taking part\, you need to let us know in advance.
