DESCRIPTION:Our Counselling Co-ordinator Andre Smith is launching a new four part Mindfulness Course\, running on consecutive Mondays in June after the FoodCycle Lunch\, starting on Monday 1st June.  Andre writes” Mindfulness is more than just relaxation — it’s a practical skill that can help you navigate everyday life with greater calm\, clarity and balance. In this welcoming four-week course\, you’ll be gently introduced to mindfulness practices designed especially for beginners and for those who are simply curious about what mindfulness really is.
