SUMMARY:Together Group - Movie Night: And the band played on
DESCRIPTION:Together is our social and support group for anyone living with HIV. This group is for you if you are HIV positive and either live in East London or get your HIV care in an East London clinic.  It usually meets on the second Wednesday evening of each month\, but this day and time may vary especially for visits out\, so its best to check these listing regularly. \nThis month\, it’s a movie night with pizza and popcorn\, so it’s e specially extended edition.  The movie is ‘And the band played on’ – A 1993 documentary-drama made in the USA highlighting the story of the discovery of the AIDS epidemic\, and the political infighting of the scientific community hampering the early fight with it. \nDoors open from 6pm and we’ll be looking to start the movie around 6.45pm \nIf travel or care costs are a barrier to taking part\, please let us know in advance. \nFor more information\, or to tell us you’re coming\, contact Sarah.Boum-Enock@positiveeast.org.uk \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
