DESCRIPTION:Wellbeing Matters is our occasional series of information events focused around health & wellbeing issues for people living with HIV.  Usually\, the topics are ones that are of particular concern to older people living with HIV\, but Wellbeing Matters are open to HIV+ people of any age – because after all\, we can now expect to live well into old age. \nThis time we’re having a focus on heart health and statins\, with Dr Samantha Preston – a GP who is an HIV GP Champion. Did you know that people living with HIV have an increased risk of heart disease\, and statins can help us manage this risk?
