DESCRIPTION:If you came along to our March 21st Wellbeing Day\, you may have taken part in the theatre workshop with Eduardo Arcelus.  Eduardo and his colleague Gabriele Uboldi told us that the workshop was ‘transformational’ in the development of their play “I dream of rabbits”.  They’re coming back to Positive East to show how the work has progressed\, with excerpts from the play\, and a chance for further input.  They will be here on Wednesday 3rd June from 11am to 1pm.  You don’t need to have come to the previous workshop to come along to this. \nFor further details or to let us know you want to come\, contact Jack Summerside jack.summerside@positiveeast.org.uk \nIf travel or care costs are a barrier to taking part\, please let us know in advance.

DESCRIPTION:Ear acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine that involves very fine needles being placed in various points of your outer ear. Many people have found it can help with a variety of health issues\, include sleep\, pain management\, nausea and stomach problems\, relieving stress and anxiety. \nThe sessions are led by Truus Jansen. They are informal sessions which take place in a group environment.
