DESCRIPTION:Join us for the second in this series of Men’s Wellbeing Workshops delivered by Beyond Equality with the support of the Movember Foundation\, for men living with HIV who are registered (or eligible) to use our services \nIn this second workshop\, running as a joint session with our Rainbow Men Group\, we’ll be looking at Masculinities and Seeking Support\, exploring such things as: \n\nHow different ideas of masculinities can inhibit or encourage us to seek help or support in a particular manner\nLooking at how we can build our social networks of support that are encouraging both self-care and help-seeking\nExploring how we can build both personal trust and overcome discomfort in order to be able to seek help\nReflecting upon the ‘armour’ or ‘masks’  we feel the need to wear to protect ourselves in the conversation around mental wellbeing.\n\nA delicious hot meal will be served just after 6pm shared with people attending Rainbow Men. The workshop will begin at 7pm. DESCRIPTION:Our Women’s Group is a regular social and support group for women living with HIV who either live in East London or if you get your HIV care in an East London clinic.  It usually meet on the 4th Wednesday evening of each month\, but this day and time may vary especially for visits out\, so its best to check these listing regularly. \nThis month\, we’re planning an evening out and getting moving to shake off those winter blues – with ten-pin bowling at a local bowling alley \nPlease let us know in advance if you intend to come so we can plan ahead. \nIf travel or care costs are a barrier to taking part\, you need to let us know in advance. DESCRIPTION:Spring Forward is a new series of Tuesday evening workshops for women living with HIV\, offering a healing journey into movement and sound\,  part of our Re:Assure programme for women living with HIV. \nWe’re excited that HIV+ activist and dancer Joshua Royal will be delivering the first and final session in this series of four.  The second and third sessions will be led by the well-respected acupuncture\, energy healing & dance practitioner Linda Cremin. \n\nSession One – Tuesday  4th March – Movement with Joshua Royal\nSession Two – Tuesday 11th March – Sound bath – relaxation with Linda Cremin\nSession Three – Tuesday 18th March – Sound bath – meditation with Linda Cremin\nSession Four – Tuesday 25th March – Dance with Joshua Royal\n\nYou can come for one\, more\, or ideally all of the sessions. You also have the option of joining for the first half or second half of each session depending on your needs. \nFor the sessions led by Joshua Royal: \n\n6pm – A tasty\, freshly prepared hot meal will be served around 6.15pm .
