This group is for you if you are HIV positive and either live in East London or get your HIV care in an East London clinic.  It usually meets on the 3rd Wednesday evening of each month\, but this day and time may vary especially for visits out\, so its best to check these listing regularly. \nThis month\, Rainbow Men returns to its regular day and time\, with Rainbow Men Goes to the Movies – an occasional movie night slot showing a range of films with themes covering HIV and/or LGBT interests\, from mainstream to world cinema.  Tonight is a ‘90s classic\, Boys on the Side\, with gay icon Whoopi Goldberg and a shirtless Matthew McConaughey.  Even if you’ve seen the film before\, remember that Rainbow Men at the Movies is as much about joining in and being part of the Rainbow Men community as it is about seeing the film. \nIt’s a two-hour film\, so we will be finishing up a bit later than usual\, at about 9pm. SUMMARY:Women's Group: Reflections
DESCRIPTION:Our Women’s Group is a regular social and support group for women living with HIV who either live in East London or if you get your HIV care in an East London clinic.  It usually meet on the 4th Wednesday evening of each month\, but this day and time may vary especially for visits out\, so its best to check these listing regularly. \nFood will be served around 6.15pm\, and the activities from around 6.45pm. \nThis month\, as we return to our usual Wednesday evening slot after the Summer break\, we have Rebecca Mbewe making a welcome return visit to walk us through a summary of the varied – and often lively – discussions she’s led the group through over the past year.  We’re already using some of the themes\, opinions and ideas in planning our Autumn and Spring activities. DESCRIPTION:We now offer a free Legal Advice Clinic on the last Thursday of each month between 3pm and 6pm\, provided by Londinium Solicitors. This service is for people living with HIV who are registered with Positive East\, or are eligible to register. That is\, living in any of the North East London boroughs in our service area\, or get their treatment at one of the HIV clinics in our area. \nThe first session is free\, then any further support will be based either on your eligibility for legal aid\, or fee payment. \nYou can book through our Advice Line by calling our main number 020 7791 2855 and choosing the Advice Line option\, or by emailing us at talktome@positiveeast.org.uk \nConfidential legal advice is available on a range of issues\, including: immigration\, housing\, personal injury\,civil litigation\, criminal law\, employment law
