Our Counselling Co-ordinator Andre Smith is launching a new four part Mindfulness Course, running on consecutive Mondays in June after the FoodCycle Lunch, starting on Monday 1st June. Andre writes” Mindfulness is more than just relaxation — it’s a practical skill that can help you navigate everyday life with greater calm, clarity and balance. In this welcoming four-week course, you’ll be gently introduced to mindfulness practices designed especially for beginners and for those who are simply curious about what mindfulness really is. Together, we’ll explore simple techniques that can help reduce stress, quiet a busy mind, improve focus, and support emotional wellbeing in a way that feels realistic and accessible.”
