We’re delighted to welcome back Michelle Croston for another series of three Writing For Wellness workshops, exploring themes of:
- Reflections on what U = U means to you
- Reflections on your own resilience (I’m stronger than I realise)
- Reflections on your own connections, community, support networks, and ability to help others
They’re running on 3 Friday afternoons during March, on the 7th, 14th, and 28th – all from 1pm to 2.30 pm
No previous writing experience is needed.
These sessions were very popular last year, so do let us know if you want to attend. Some light snacks will be provided.
