Bringing your own lived experience of living with HIV, together with the peer health champion skills acquired during training for the role, you would be able to participate in the group, as well as assist staff and people attending to ensure the group is a quality, enjoyable experience so that people will want to return.
Positive East also runs a number of courses, workshops, creative opportunities, visits to external cultural or recreational venues, events and other activities throughout the year. Group Support Volunteers will also have opportunities to support the delivery of some of these.
