Mindfulness can be described as ‘waking up’ from a life on automatic, and paying attention to the present moment. This 8-week course will guide you through using mindfulness to improve your well-being and to help combat stress and anxiety. This course will be open to Positive East service users, volunteers and staff, and ideally you will be able to commit to all 8 sessions.
