Are you living with HIV and ever found your compare yourself negatively with other people , or felt that you’re not good enough?
Do you sometimes feel like a failure, or criticise yourself when you make a mistake?
If you have said yes to any of these you’re not alone – and Compassionate Minds could help you.
We have developed this self-compassion wellbeing event to help reduce these feelings, so you can feel better about yourself and lead a happier life. We’re running this event three times for different audiences:
Trans and non-binary people should come to the session that you’d feel most comfortable attending
All running from Noon until 5pm, with a delicious hot lunch (meat and vegetarian choices) provided by our friends at Food Chain at 1pm
Self-compassion is an integral part of emotional health, and involves treating yourself with kindness, care and support. This means relating to yourself in a similar way that you do with those you love and care for.
At the end of the wellbeing day, you will be invited to take part in either an online self-compassion course or use the new mobile app self-compassion course.
