Spring is coming and it’s time for some new dance moves. Come along and join our ‘Dance into Spring’ six session workshop. Dancing is an ideal way to boost your confidence, lift your mood, and improve your fitness. You’ll make new friends and meet some old ones again, and also gain a fantastic sense of achievement. No previous dance experience is needed, nor do you have to be very mobile. You can sit and clap your hands if you want.
The workshops will run on Tuesday afternoons from 4.30 to 6.30 pm and will run for six sessions on 14th, 21st, and 28th March, 4th and 18th April, and 2nd of May
Dance Into Spring is open to women living with HIV who live, or get their HIV treatment in, East London. A creche can be organised, but you must let us know well in advance so that we can organise it.
If you want to join us on the dancefloor, contact joanne.mccarthy@positiveeast.org.uk
