Ear Acupuncture – Drop In

We are delighted to announce that a brand new acupuncture service will be running at Positive East throughout July, with our new Health & Well-being Volunteer, Truus Jansen!
Ear acupuncture is a type of acupuncture that involves inserting tiny needles into specific points on the ear. Stimulating these points promotes healing in other areas of the body. It has shown great results with those living with HIV, in dealing with side effects of medication for HIV or other conditions, or just general stresses, pains, feeling tired or disturbed sleep.
No advance booking required – just drop in between 6pm and 7pm to get your ear acupuncture session!
