This course takes a non-judgemental look at drug and alcohol use, the different types of drugs (legal and illegal), and people’s reasons for using them. It also explores the effect they have on mental health, lifestyle and general well-being. Real life experience will be used to prompt discussion about drug and alcohol use, and ways people might begin the process of working towards recovery from difficulties they may be having. This course will be delivered in partnership with Tower Hamlets Recovery College, and will therefore be open to both Recovery College and Positive East service users.
We have 8 spaces open to Positive East service users for this course. To request a place, email chantal.busbridge@positiveeast.org.uk or call 0207 791 9302.
