Free Seminar: Mental Health Recovery

Further to a number of requests for seminars exploring mental health, Kate Harrison – who recently delivered a mental well-being seminar in May – has kindly agreed to deliver a second seminar open to all clients/service users of Positive East.

Kate’s presentation focuses particularly on recovering from the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health issues.  Kate will explore what mental health recovery actually means and looks like, and will share ‘recovery’ insights, tips and techniques from the learning she has acquired from her own 20 years experience of managing bipolar disorder.  There will be time for questions and answers during and after the talk.
