These yoga sessions are led by our fantastic volunteer Kraig. A gentle introduction to yoga, including useful breathing and meditation techniques – suitable for everyone!
Kraig says: “Yoga provides a unique opportunity to balance your body’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs. I truly believe that you don’t have to be super flexible in order to enjoy the huge benefits of a yoga class – so don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes!”
