Newly Diagnosed Course – 2 of 2 sessions

Are you struggling to come to terms with your HIV diagnosis? This series of two workshops will help you deal with your diagnosis and gain the knowledge and tools to live with HIV.
The courses are free of charge for anyone living with HIV and take place in a safe and friendly environment, supported by a team of experts all living with HIV.

The workshops include:
– Dealing with the impact of a diagnosis
– Opportunities to share experiences and hear others stories
– Information on treatment and Undetectable=Untransmittable
– Talking about our HIV with others
– Sex, dating and relationships
– Emotional and physical wellbeing
– Where to get further information and support

• Workshop 1 Saturday 5th August – 11am to 4pm – Lunch provided
• Workshop 2 Sunday 6th August – 11am to 4pm – Lunch provided

These workshops run four times a year, some online and some in person. They are delivered by a partnership of Positively UK, Terrence Higgins Trust, Metro Charity and Positive East. This time the lead agency is METRO.
