Week 5 of 6.
Run by Joanne McCarthy, our Clinical Psychologist, this group will be a space to explore any problems people are having with their memory, planning and/or organisation and attention (for example, remembering appointments and names, planning everyday tasks, being able to pay attention to certain things/details). We will look into creative strategies to deal with these issues. Many times, people forget as they are stressed or anxious – we will therefore be using ‘Compassionate Mind’ and Mindfulness techniques to help with this.
