Talking Together

A one-off evening of live performance and spoken word poetry, centred around the theme of mixed HIV status relationships.
Join us in celebrating the end of ‘Talking Together’, a year long spoken word collaboration between Positive East and HIV Voices – funded by Public Health England.
The event will feature new poetry written and performed by our workshop group, a screening of our Talking Together films directed by Anna De-Guia Eriksson and live performances of dramatic monologues from the HIV Voices collection. We will also be debuting a brand new HIV Voices piece written by BAKITA:KK and commissioned especially for this event.
A personal and creative exploration into undetectability, intimacy and what it means to love yourself and others from the perspective of being in a mixed status relationship.
