YMCA Positive Health – Meet Up of Positive East members

A chance to meet up with other Positive East members of the YMCA Positive Health programme, make new friends and give yourself an extra boost to get in shape and increase your general health. Whether you’re taking the 12 week induction programme, a current YMCA regular, or used to go but haven’t in a while.

5.30pm Meet in the café at the YMCA
6.30pm Positive Health Programme – existing members
7.30pm Positive Health coffee and cake until 8pm.
