Are you living with HIV and ever found that you compare yourself negatively with other people, or felt that you’re not good enough?
Do you sometimes feel like a failure, or criticise yourself when you make a mistake?
If you have said yes to any of these you’re not alone – and Compassionate Minds could help you.
We have developed this self-compassion wellbeing event to help reduce these feelings, so you can feel better about yourself and lead a happier life. This session is another chance to attend for those who couldn’t make it to the earlier sessions. It’s open to people of any gender, including trans and non-binary people
Runs from Noon until 5pm, with a delicious hot lunch (meat and vegetarian choices) provided by our friends at Food Chain at 1pm
Self-compassion is an integral part of emotional health, and involves treating yourself with kindness, care and support. This means relating to yourself in a similar way that you do with those you love and care for. After attending, you’ll also have free access to a self-compassion app, worth 49 pounds.
