Learning To Live Well With HIV Course – Session Two – (Parts 3 and 4)

March 10 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

We’re excited to be delivering the first running of this new 4 part course to help you learn to live well with HIV.  It’s been specially created in a partnership of METRO, Positive East, Positively UK and Terrence Higgins Trust – made possible by Fast Track Cities London

This course is designed to help you get to grips with some of the main issues that many of us need to know more about, and give participants the best start in adapting to life after finding out you have HIV.  There will be a mix of information, as well as activities to develop practical and emotional skills. It’s aimed at people who have been diagnosed positive within the last three years, but can sometimes be opened up to someone who has been diagnosed longer.

This is a four part course, this time running over two full Sunday sessions – Parts 1 and 2 on Sunday 3rd March, and parts 3 and 4 on Sunday 10th March. Lunch will be provided.

The course will run 4 times over this year, each led by a different partner agency, and a mix of how the 4 sessions are delivered.

For more information or to ask about a place on the March 2024 course, contact nick.maxwell@positiveeast.org.uk

If costs are a barrier to taking part, please let us know and we can discuss the support that the partnership can offer
