Open Day – Chasing the blues away

Positive East is offering anyone living with HIV a warm welcome to Stepney Green. Together let’s chase those blues away, in the week after Blue Monday – which is supposed to be the most downbeat day of the year.
You can call in at anytime, and stay for as long or as briefly as you like. There’ll be hot food, a warm welcome, plus opportunities to ask questions and have your say about future services and support you’d like.
5pm to 6pm:
Take a look at the different services and facilities available at Positive East – Advice & Information, Sexual health and STI testing, Health and Wellbeing services, Gym and fitness suite, Computer suite
6.30 to 7pm:
Delicious hot meals – including vegan and gluten-free choices – provided by our friends at Food Chain.
7pm to 8pm:
Presentations, information and entertainment to give you some ideas about making the best of 2024 – for yourself and others.
