Rainbow Men – Our new group for gay and bisexual men, including men who have sex with men – This month’s theme: Getting Fit For Pride

Rainbow Men is our new social and support group for gay and bisexual men living with HIV. This group is for you if you are HIV positive and either live in East London or get your HIV care in an East London clinic.  It will usually meet on the 3rd Wednesday evening of each month, but this day and time may vary especially for visits out, so its best to check these listing regularly.

There’ll be 10 activities a year, with an interesting and varied mix of activities.  From shared dinners, to guest speakers, workshops and visits out to attractions and places of interest.

The usual timetable when we meet at our Stepney Green building is:

• 5pm – Informal social
• 6pm – Group starts
• 6.15pm – Food served (about 5 of our meetings a year will have dinner provided)
• 6.45pm to around 8pm Guest speaker, workshop, or film

This month we’ve a focus on Getting Fit For Pride, with guest speaker and long time Positive East supporter Matt Boyles from Fitter You

Places are limited and so please let us know in advance if you intend to come so we can plan for catering.
