This 30th-anniversary revival of Jonathan Harvey’s iconic, coming-out and coming-of-age play set in the nineties, is about community, friendship, rites of passage and what it is to be 16 and in love. It’s a touching, urban love story, full of warmth and humour.
Many of us are familiar with the film version, but this is a rare chance to see the original play – on which the film was based – performed live on stage, with a fresh, contemporary casting and interpretation.
We’ve a limited number of free tickets for this performance, for people registered to use our services, for the performance on Tuesday 12th September. Contact Nick.Maxwell@positiveeast.org.uk for details and express your interest.
