We’re delighted to present two new Writing For Wellness workshops, especially devised by Michelle Croston and Kirsten Jack for Positive East. They are designed to help you to explore your feelings, build confidence, and think about events in our lives in a different way – so you can feel better about yourself and lead a happier life with HIV.
You don’t need be creative or have any experience of writing before, as during the writing workshops you will be guided in a safe space through the process.
This is the first of two workshops. You don’t have to attend both, though you might get more out of them if you can. The second one is on Wednesday 6th March at the same times
To book your place, contact mina.kakaiya@positiveeast.org.uk
Our usual policy for reimbursing travel costs applies – support is available for people registered to use Positive East’s services (or eligible to – that is, living in East London, or getting your HIV treatment at an East London HIV clinic) who have No Recourse To Public Funds, or are experiencing a gap in benefits or income. Receipts and proof of eligibility are required.

We’re grateful for the support of NHIVNA (National HIV Nurses Association) which has made these workshops possible
