Mindfulness meditation – Every Tuesday and Friday
Online via ZoomEverybody needs a little time away from the everyday stresses and strains of life. Twice a week, Andre Smith – Positive East’s Counselling Co-ordinator – leads a 30 minute online mindfulness meditation session. Ear Acupuncture – Usually every Wednesday
